This path is for the leader who has to walk into a board meeting, an exec review, or a customer conversation and talk about AI without sounding either breathless or terrified. Both failure modes are career risk. One makes you look unserious. The other makes you miss the window.
It is deliberately not a builder's curriculum. You do not need to pick a model, tune a prompt, or argue about retrieval architecture. You do need to decide whether AI belongs on this surface, whether the company should build, buy, or wrap, what the economics look like when usage scales, what the company is willing to be liable for, and which two or three KPIs will tell you whether the move is working.
Work through the stages in order, then write the brief in one page. If the page cannot survive the Air Canada accountability test and the Klarna over-claim test, it is not ready for the room.
