1. Create your own columns according to the content you want and in this exercise, we have used the following; 2. ''Post text'' section. Change the name by double-clicking on the column name. Change the type of data in the column through the ‘’Customized field type’’. And here choose a short text. 3. ''Topic'': determine the post type and choose multiple-choice: Educational, Cultural, Q&A... 5. ''Image'': for the photo of the post and choose the type of column data as ‘’Attachment’’. For instance, set the action “Facebook pages: Create a new post” then connect your page - In the message field, set the data you want to appear in the FB post (texts or links). - Add the attachments you want (Images or Videos)
